Matthews bus stops

-

Matthews.ie will be using a temporary bus stop on Drogheda’s Trinity Street next weekend (Aug 18-19) due to road closures for Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann.

On Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19 only, Matthews. ie will not stop at North Road or on George’s Street, in both directions.

Matthews.ie will temporarily service Trinity Street via Cement Road, with a new stop on both sides of the road on Trinity Street at McCloskey’s Bakery.

New signage will be in place at this location and a map with pinned locations is available on the Matthews.ie Facebook page.

From Monday 13 to Friday 17, Matthews.ie will service all stops as normal in and around Drogheda town.

However, passengers are advised to expect delays as the week develops and more events commence.

Delays will also affect Bettystown and Laytown due to high volumes of traffic expected in Julianstown and on the R132 to Drogheda.
