92 new homes granted permission on the former Bridgeford site
PERMISSION has been granted for 92 residential units at the former Bridgeford site on the Termonfeckin Road.
Viaduct Developments Ltd sought permission for the units, comprising duplexes (2-bed and 3-bed), houses (2-bed and 3-bed) and apartments, featuring 1-bed and 2-bed.
They have sought the closure of the existing site entrance and the creation of new multi-modal entrance onto Newfoundwell Road with pedestrian and cyclist entrances
onto Newfoundwell Road and Bredin Street.
The northern boundary includes a protected structure (identified as a well) to which no works are proposed.
