Lifestyle group welcome back members to classes

LIFESTYLE Development Group would like to welcome all participants back to the classes in the Holy Family Boxing Club, Ballsgrove from this week.

‘We welcome any new members who would like to join our classes. Our classes include Line Dancing, Patchwork, Crochet, Knitting, Lace making, Tai Chi, Water Colours, Oil Panting and Bridge.

‘We also have a new Exercise class on Wednesday afternoon from 2-3 to help kick start our keep fit routine for the autumn/ winter months. We welcome all beginners to our beginners line dancing class on Tuesday afternoon from 2pm for a fun way to keep fit,’ a spokesperson stated.
