Win holiday of a lifetime and help the youth of the town

THIS year Drogheda Youth Development (DYD) are delighted to be celebrating 25 years in existence and five years of youth service delivery in Boomerang Youth Centre Fair Street, Drogheda.

Through the generosity of the people of Drogheda, the service has grown and developed and now provides a range of Recreational, Educational and Specialist Supports under one roof. Young people can enjoy a safe drink and drug free space to meet friends, grab a bite to eat, take part in art, music or activity classes, access computers or just chill out.

‘We have faced and overcome many challenges and difficulties over the past 25 years and we are extremely proud of our work and the support and care we have shown to many young people over the years. This is made possible by the dedicated Board of Management and staff who are caring, committed and dedicated to supporting young people,’ a spokesperson stated.

To mark this occasion DYD/ Boomerang Youth Centre & Café are holding a 25th Anniversary raffle with tickets €5.

Tickets cost only €5 or a book of 6 for €25. Tickets will be on sale until 21st December 2018. The draw will then take place on January 7th 2019 in Boomerang Youth Service. Tickets can only be sold to persons aged 18 or over.

Tickets will be sale at Boomerang Reception and various local outlets. Boomerang PR. & Marketing Team will be out and about in local shopping centres.
