I’ve lost count of the many times he was in our kitchen growing up mending the appliances while full of chat.
He will be missed. Rest In Peace Sean.
DUNLEER GOLF SOCIETY
Concra Wood Golf Course was the venue for the latest outing of the Dunleer Golf Society on Saturday, August 18th 2018. The Overall Prize was sponsored by Wogans Home Value Hardware of Dunleer and was won by Michael Hughes 37pts beating Pat Meehan on a back 9 count back.
The Prizes was presented in Shearman’s that evening along with prizes for the following members:- 1st Cat 1 Pat Meehan 37pts, 2nd Cat 1 Andrew Ward 36pts, 3rd Cat 1 Vinnie Shearman 32pts, 1st Cat 2 Martin Sheridan 34pts, 2nd Cat 2 Brian Wogan 32pts, 3rd Cat 2 Paddy Brady 31pts. Two’s Brian Tenanty and Terry Cotter. The next outing will be to Waterford on Friday, September 7th and 8th.
The Dunleer Credit Union will Sponsor the Friday Competition.
TODDLER COFFEE MORNING
The Dunleer Toddler group are holding a coffee morning to raise funds to keep the toddler group open.
They will have Moo Music and Grow music in attendance on the day. This event takes place in the Market House, main street Dunleer on Saturday, September 8th from 10 am until 3 pm. All are welcome
