Colm Quinn Properties Ltd are seeking permission for a motor sales showroom and service garage at the M1 Retail Park.

The proposed accommodation comprises of a car sales showroom, aftersales, wash, valetin, photobooth and tyre fitting with staff accommodation.

The proposed development includes 16 customer parking spaces and 163 spaces for display, storage of cars for sale and employee parking.
