LIKE his St Fechin’s counterpar­ts and quite a few of his own teammates, Sean Marry doesn’t complain about having to juggle his football and hurling commitment­s.

However, unlike the Fechin’s contingent chasing glory on both fronts this autumn all of Marry’s and Knockbridg­e’s eggs are in the one basket as they target a first Louth Senior Hurling Championsh­ip title for four years.

The Louth U-20 footballer was involved in the 2016 final between the sides but only managed a 30-second cameo, but he’ll be a key man this time around as the ‘Bridge bid to end their Paddy Kelly ‘drought’.
