Joe Duffy Motors to buy Boyne Cars
THE Joe Duffy Group have announced that they have agreed to acquire the assets of Boyne Cars, subject to competition authority approval, which if granted, is expected to be completed by the end of October 2018.
Commenting on the proposed sale, Gavin Hydes, Group CEO at the Joe Duffy Group, said: ‘I am delighted to confirm that we have agreed to purchase Boyne Cars, subject to the statutory approval of the Competition Authority. With this addition to our Group, we anticipate another 16 people will join our team. This acquisition further demonstrates our ambition to grow and increase our national footprint. I look forward to welcoming the team at Boyne Cars to the Group. I am very excited about the future and what we can achieve together with our latest addition to the Joe Duffy Group’.
