Bryanstown bur­glary charge ad­journed to Jan­uary 25

James Cash (32), Boot Road, Clon­dalkin, who is charged with bur­glary, has had his case ad­journed to 25 Jan­uary for a book of ev­i­dence to be served.

The of­fence is al­leged to have oc­curred in Bryanstown Vil­lage on 29 April, 2017.

De­fence so­lic­i­tor Michael O’Con­nor said 42 days have elapsed since the book was or­dered. It should have been served. He ap­plied to have the charge struck out.

Judge Cough­lan agreed to a re­quest by gar­daí to put the mat­ter back. He ex­tended time for the ser­vice of a book of ev­i­dence to 25 Jan­uary.
