Bryanstown burglary charge adjourned to January 25

James Cash (32), Boot Road, Clondalkin, who is charged with burglary, has had his case adjourned to 25 January for a book of evidence to be served.

The offence is alleged to have occurred in Bryanstown Village on 29 April, 2017.

Defence solicitor Michael O’Connor said 42 days have elapsed since the book was ordered. It should have been served. He applied to have the charge struck out.

Judge Coughlan agreed to a request by gardaí to put the matter back. He extended time for the service of a book of evidence to 25 January.
