Boyne Valley showcase of Flavours!

This Tuesday (November 13th) is the chance for you to discover the best of the Boyne Valley! As part of the 2018 calendar of events from the Boyne Valley Food Network, a Producer Showcase is taking place in the Monasterboice Inn in Co. Louth, from 10am until 1pm. This event is a fantastic opportunity for restaurateurs, business owners, chefs, buyers and others in the food and drinks industry to discover the best in local food and drinks from Louth and Meath.

This is the second year the Boyne Valley Food Network will run the showcase after a very successful outing in 2017. From chorizo to coffee and beef to beer, visitors will have the chance to discuss, sample and see the huge variety of food and drink that the Boyne Valley region offers. Along with lots of producers, there will also be the chance to listen to guest speakers, Michelin star Chef Rob Krawczyk from The Chestnut Restaurant in Cork and Aidan O’Byrne, The Food Accountant.To find out more check out the boynevalleyflavours.ie website.
