DULEEK FAIR COMMITTEE TABLE QUIZ

Duleek Fair Committee will hold a table quiz on Friday 16th November in the Carranstown Lodge at 8pm. Table of 4 €40. Quiz master will be Ken Murray, all welcome!

COFFEE MORNING

Duleek Parent and Toddler Group are hosting a Coffee Morning on Wednesday 21st November from 10am – 12pm in The Parish Centre. Cost €5 per person. All proceeds will go to Duleek Meals on Wheels. Everyone welcome.

CHRISTMAS FAIR

Christmas Fair by Duleek Fair Committee on Sunday 2nd December in The Courthouse Duleek. Lots of stalls and an ideal opportunity to get those Christmas gifts. Santa will be arriving at 2.30pm. Our Christmas Raffle tickets will also be on sale.

DULEEK MEALS ON WHEELS

Just a note to thank all who donated to the recent coffee morning held by Cllr Sharon Keogan in aid of the local meals on wheels service. The event raised €2,450. Thank you.

DULEEK ALTER SOCIETY

A meeting will be held on Thursday 15th November at 7:30pm in the Prayer Rooms to discuss the roster for the coming year. As we are short members to fill the roster, anyone who is interested in helping out in any way is welcome to attend.

A COMMUNITY NIGHT AT THE PANTO FOR MEALS ON WHEELS

As you may already be aware Duleek Meals on Wheels are in need of funds to continue the vital work they provide throughout the community of Duleek, Bellewstown, Donore and Ardcath areas. To assist with this; Duleek Fair Committee have secured “A Community night at the Panto” Sleeping Beauty in The TLT Drogheda on Wednesday 19th December at 7pm. It is a school night however it is Christmas week and the panto is starting at 7pm so it won’t be a late night! It is on this one night only that the funds from tickets purchased from the Parish Office, Village Shops or any Fair Day Committtee member go towards supporting the Meals on wheels. Tickets purchased directly from the TLT ticket office or website are not included in the fundraising. If you would like to sell tickets for this night please contact Martin on 086 6781007

DULEEK SENIOR CITIZEN’S OUTINGS COMMITTEE

Duleek Senior Citizens Outings Committee are holding their 3rd and final Charity Auction on Sunday 18th November at 3pm. Viewing will be at 2pm. We have over 130 lots with no reserves. Every item must sell on the day. Items include new and used toys, household items, furniture/electrical goods, bric-a-brac, bikes, trikes etc. Do not miss this Auction. DULEEK WOMEN’S FORUM

There are a few seats left on the bus to Belfast Christmas Markets on Monday 3rd December, leaving the Village Green at 9.15am. The trip is €50 and includes bus, tea and scones on the way up and dinner on the way back. Enquiries to Ann on 9823415.

DULEEK DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION CHRISTMAS RAFFLE

Duleek Development Association Christmas Raffle Tickets are now on sale. There are 7 prizes. 1st- Hamper, 2nd- 100euro, 3rd50euro, meat voucher, 4th- Beauty Hamper, 5th- Bottle Whiskey, 6th- Selection of Wines, 7th- Selection of Chocolates. Raffle will take place at our Annual Table Quiz on Thursday 6th December in The Carranstown Lodge. Raffle Tickets are 2euro each or 6 for 10euro and are available from committee members and The Community Shop.

TÚS SCHEME
