Men’s Shed gavel gets the treatment in Parliament!

THERE’S only one Mairead McGuinness (pictured) and when it comes to promoting local in Europe, no better person.

Mairead is our local MEP and has served as a Member of the European Parliament since 2004 and served as the first Vice President of the European Parliament since January 2017.

She was chairing a televised meeting recently and declared she was using a gavel made by the Men’s Shed Drogheda!

It got a big cheer. filmmaking by showcasing top independent films from across the globe and rewarding the very best.
