Louth Macra Mental Health night

Louth Macra na Feirme are holding a mental health awareness night on November 28th in the Grove, Dunleer at 8pm, with guest speaker Derek Pepper from SHINE, focusing on building resilience and mental wellbeing. It will be 1.5-2 hours long and there will be refreshments after. All welcome.
