Cleanliness rating remains the same as last year with excellent weed control. We do however require a lot of effort on a landscaping programme but we were congratulated on the condition of all grass areas and the entrance name stone creates a favourable impression being framed by brightly coloured shrubs and the painted public seats create a welcoming appeal. The Wishing Well feature was presented to a higher standard this year complimented the dry stone bed and freshly painted background fence. The attractive raised stone beds at block 9 -24 add enormously to our overall presentation. Under tree planting in the green area at this block looks great with a circular stone bed, buzzing with bees and butterflies, from a well judged pollinator friendly planting arrangement that is also aesthetically pleasing. Two corner stone enclosed beds and vivacious hanging baskets add to the glamorous appeal of this space. The rectangle, sleeper enclosed shrub bed at Block 25 – 36 was a little weedy this year but the grass on the green was very well cut and edged. Individual presentation was extremely good with exceptional displays including single storey dwelling No. 39 especially house no’s 1 -8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 27, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, with the hanging

Basket display at No 35 unrivalled in terms of impact. Overall, another extremely good presentation that reflects great credit on the residents association. Congratulations to all concerned.
