Louth heritage funding

New funding of up to €79,000 has been granted to Co Louth for heritage projects, under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme 2019

Further funding for projects under the Historic Structures Fund 2019 will be additional to this and will be announced after the HSF assessments have taken place, says Fine Gael TD, Fergus O’Dowd.

“This funding for heritage projects in Co Louth is part of an announcement by my colleague, Minister Josepha Madigan of €4.3 million for more than 500 heritage projects across the country.

“Louth will see an increase of available funding of up to 58% compared to 2018.” He added that both schemes are open for applications until 31 January 2019 and strongly encourages the authorities to apply.
