Ciaran hands out certs in Highlanes
FOOTBALLER Ciaran Kilduff presented certificates to the latest Diageo Ireland Learning for Life graduates at a ceremony in Drogheda.
Approximately 300 people have now graduated from the Learning for Life programme since it started in 2014. The programme equips young people who have been on the Live Register, with the skills necessary to enter employment in the hospitality industry.
Earlier this year the programme saw a historic first when 22 people from the Mosney Accomodation Centre in Meath graduated in a pilot programme run between Diageo and the Department of Justice and Equality.
Ciaran Kilduff is also participating in a partnership between CPM, the PFAI and Diageo that sees footballers hired in the off-season as merchandisers.
