Castlehill riding club acclaimed at annual awards night in the d hotel
THE members of Castlehill Riding Club swapped their jodhpurs for ball gowns and suits, and their riding boots for heels and smart loafers recently, for the Annual AIRC North East Region Ball.
The event was full to capacity in the d Hotel, Drogheda, and a fantastic night was had by all. Presented on the night were the regional awards, where Castlehill Riding Club received nominations in all seven categories, and won four. This was a super achievement for the club, having never won so many previously. These awards are a testament to what a great club Castlehill RC is, and how fantastic the club members are that performed so brilliantly throughout the year.
The Awards presented to Castlehill Riding Club were: 2018 Club of the Year, 2018 Club Secretary of the year, Olivia Nolan, 2018 Club Member of the year, Lindsey Ilona Brady, 2018 Show of the Year, Autumn Dressage League (hosted by Castlehill RC, Kileek RC, Copperfield RC & Drynam RC).
The club is very proud of these achievements and is looking forward to another successful year in 2019.
