School starts 50th year
THE Special Olympics Club played host to the 42nd Annual Christmas Competitions of the Drogheda School of Karate over two evenings, with 25 events held in the Kata and Kumite categories under WKF rules.
Rosemary Nulty presented the prizes and also congratulated the children’s Christmas colouring competition winners.
Drogheda School of Karate reopens after the Christmas break next Tuesday (8th) at 7pm for the start of their 50th year.
