GAA AND CAMOGIE CLUBS PUT ON A STUNNING SHOW AT THE CITY NORTH
THE Naomh Fionnbarra GAA and the St Anne’s Camogie Club Lip Sync Battle proved an amazing show at the City North Hotel.
After months of effort and planning, 12 well drilled acts took to the stage and each one of them stole the show in their own way.
But the winning performance came from Tracey Fanning, AKA “Missey Tut” with support from Katie Mc Ardle, Siobhan Markey, Marie Doyle, Shane Fanning, Martin Murphy, James Butterly and William Woods.
The night everything, from dancing soldiers, glitz and glamour, amazing acrobatics, dancing puppets and everything in between.
The organisers say ‘a big thanks to all the participants, organising committee, judges as well the 80 firms, family members and friends who provided sponsorship for the acts and raffle prizes and most especially the audience. It was a fantastic coming together of the entire community in support of itself.
‘Special mention for the 6 (or was it 3) members of The Unbelievable Stunts representing St Anne’s who pulled off quite the party piece. It certainly was unique.’
