CHRISTMAS TREE CEREMONY

The Tullyallen Christmas Tree lighting ceremony was a great success and the organisers would like to extend their appreciation to the people that make this possible every year. There are just too many to mention each individually but a special word of thanks to the following,

Kevin Carolan, Niall Russell & Santa! Mr. Moonan and his wonderful singers from Tullyallen National School, Eoghan Donnelly for his wonderful piping skills. Fr Dooley, The Gardai, especially Derek O Donoghue who provide much needed traffic control each year. This year, we would also like to thank Pat and Stuart Carolan from the Morning Star who ensured that the set up ran smoothly. Their assistance in organising and providing the wonderful refreshments for all afterwards is much appreciated. We also had wonderful vocals from Kevin O Sullivan that Stuart organised. To Niamh Sherwin Barry and the Irish Fairy Door Company who facilitated a request from the Christmas Fairy to come and live by the tree and finally, to Adrian Gogarty who kindly gave her a home!!

Without these people and so many others, it would not be possible each year and we are grateful for their support. The Committee would like to take this opportunity to wish everybody a very Happy & Healthy Christmas & New Year.
