A 33-year-old woman has had three charges against her struck out when the case was reviewed. A probation report on Margaret Cummings was before the court.

The defendant, of Shamrock Grove, Dunleer, previously admitted a charge of unlawful possession of a falsely altered prescripti­on at Bradley’s Chemist, Main Street, Dunleer, on 17 January, 2017.

She had also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a falsely altered prescripti­on and obtaining services by deception at McGoey’s Chemist, Main Street, Dunleer, on 18 August, 2017.

She has no previous conviction­s. The charges were struck out.
