Paid €500 to charity

Two counts of unlawful possession of drugs against Stephen Hobbs (34), 63 Oriel Cove, Clogherhead, have been struck out. That order was made after he donated €500 to charity. The offences occurred at Strand Road, Termonfeckin, on 23 February, 2018.
