Slane hosts ‘The Last September’ film

Slane History Society and Michael Kelly are showing a screening of the film “The Last September” based on the book by Elizabeth Bowen, starring Maggie Smith, Keeley Hawes, Michael Gambon, Fiona Shaw and David Tennant. It will take place in the Boyne Valley Inn, Slane, ( opposite the Credit Union) at 8.30pm on Thursday 21st February. It was filmed in Dowth Hall and in Tankardstown and it should be of great interest locally. Admission €5, all are welcome.
