Mental health talks in Duleek courthouse

These are a number of mental health talks for teenagers, young adults and parents that will be held in The Duleek Courthouse in February, March & April.

All these talks are free.

Feb 19: 7.30pm; Chris Dunne, eat well with exercise to feel good. Feb 26: 7.30pm; SUST, dealing with substance abuse. March 12: 7.30pm; Olympic boxing champion Kenny Egan talks about alcohol and substance abuse.

March 19: 7.30pm; Tony Walsh talks about his journey to recovery from addiction.

March 26; 7.30pm; Turn2Me, dealing with depression and anxiety.
