PLACES IN THE FINAL UP FOR GRABS AS SINGERS, DANCERS AND ACTS SHINE
THERE promises to be plenty of intense work going on in the coming weeks as over 40 acts get ready for the School Stars 2019 semi-finals, taking place at the TLT on March 3 and 4th.
The top 20 will then compete in the final on March 13 in front of guest judge, Jake Carter.
The third of the quarter finals took place last week and again the star quality was obvious.
The likes of Cartown, Callystown, St Joseph’s CBS, Beauparc, Skerries and Bellewstown were all part of a great night.
And the talent varied from the stunning trio, Saoirse, Aibhe and Moya from Cartown to the dancing feet of Jasmine Kennedy.
Abbie and Cara from Cartown delivered a great duet and Kate Carolan from Cartown was spellbinding with her performace.
Judges Derek Eakins, Theresa Mckenna and Conor Whearty were all taken with the array of talent on show, Peter Connor from St Joseph’s another to shine with his musical theatre number. ‘You have it all,’ judge Conor remarked.
The 3rd set of qualifiers are Caitlin & Aoife, Saoirse, Aoibhe & Moya, Hannah Murphy, Abbie &CaraCara, Peter ConnorConnor, The UniqueUnique, Alex Bradley Kate Carolan, Aaron O’Shaugnessy and Jasmine Kennedy.
The fourth night qualifiers were Ava Murphy, Monty & The Moose, Kitty Valentine, Emily Conlon, Poppy Ni Chonchra Lexi Knight, Cholmcille Comedians Grace Dunne, Marley Peig, Lara Ronan.
The two wildcards joining the other semi finalists are Charlie Mc Cullen Harvey - Bellewstown and Aoibhe Moore - Gaelscoil Balbriggan
