- By FIONA MAGENNIS

AN appeal has been made for parents to be aware of where their teenage children and young people are following a spate of anti-social behaviour in the Duleek area.

A unit in the business park in the village has been broken into on a number of occasions causing a considerable amount of damage.

There are believed to have been three separate incidents to date in which the business park has been entered by young people without permission.

Gardaí have been informed of the incidents and are examining CCTV footage from the locality in a bid to identify those involved.

A substantial amount of graffiti and damage was caused at the unit, which employs 70 people in the local area.

The graffiti included a substantial amount of obscene imagery.

Parents have been asked to be aware of where their teenagers are in a bid to stamp out this and similar anti-social behaviour.

Meanwhile, gardaí are investigating after a car was stolen in the Stamullen area.
