LIME KILN REOPENS FOR TAKEAWAYS

Great news! Yes, the Lime Kiln has reopened doing a selection of takeaway foods for collection only...check out their takeaway menu.

They are taking food orders on number 041-9829001/ 9829002. Lines open 4pm to 8pm Friday and Saturday and from 2pm to 6pm Sunday.

All food to be collected from the main restaurant entrance where strict social distancing and hygiene procedures will be in operation.

ST. PATRICK’S CHURCH STAMULLEN & ST. MARY’S CHURCH JULIANSTOW­N

St. Mary’s Church, Julianstow­n is open every Sunday from10 am to 12 pm and Monday to Friday from 3pm to 4pm, if people wish to drop in to pray.

St. Patrick’s Church, Stamullen is open for parishione­rs from 9am to 4 pm daily. Daily Mass is broadcast on RTE news channel at 10.30a.m.

Meanwhile, Mass with Fr. Declan is on YouTube at 11am. each Sunday.

Golf has resumed with Covid 19 guidelines in place. A good number of members have taken the opportunit­y to get back playing. All games must be booked by phone on 041 9882757. There is a special offer for those wishing to join the club; just give them a ring for further informatio­n.

DULEEK COMMUNITY SHOP

The Community Shop reopened on Monday last to brisk business. All the necessary safety precaution­s are in place along with a limit of 3 customers in the shop at any one time. They look forward to welcoming all our customers back and have the shelves stocked ready to go. Whereby we welcome donations we may have to ask you to hold back on these as we have limited storage space.

ZOOM BINGO

Duleek/Bellewstow­n GFC have started Zoom Bingo and continues each Friday night at 8p.m. Bingo books are €10 and are available from Spar, both chemists and Foley’s butchers. This is not a fundraiser for the club and all sales will be given out as prizes of vouchers for the shops selling tickets. We got good feedback from parents playing the test bingo games with their children. It’s a very good way for everyone to keep in touch during this difficult time. Everyone is welcome to take part, instructio­ns for log on available with bingo books.

LIMITED FREEDOMS!

The Cabinet has confirmed that Phase 2 of the COVID19 Roadmap this week and

Phase 5 has been brought forward and there will now just be two phases. Phase 3 starting on the 29th June, and Phase 4 on the 20th July.

From this week it is possible for people cocooning to welcome a small number of visitors to their homes. Shops will also provide dedicated hours for those who are O/ 70 or in an atrisk group. People will be able to travel within their own county, or up to 20 km from their homes, whichever is greater. Groups of up to 6 people will be able to interact with each other indoors or outdoors, once they keep at least 2m apart.

Groups of up to 15 will be able to meet for outdoor sporting activities. Up to 25 people will be allowed attend funerals of loved ones, pay their respects and grieve together.
