Plans lodged for new creche in Wheaton Hall
Plans have been lodged with Louth County Council to add to a creche at Wheaton Hall, Drogheda.
Joanne Cooney is seeking permission to change the use of the existing retail unit 7 at Wheaton Hall Shops to a childcare facility to complement the existing service upstairs.
Elsewhere, Assist Electrical Services Ltd. seeks retention permission for mezzanine floor offices, elevation revisions and all associated site works, at Unit 11c, Newgrange Business Park, Drogheda.
Retention permission sought by Radek Wilczynski for the existing single storey extension to the northeast, single storey extension to the northwest and all associated site works, at Training Facility, Fair Green, Moneymore, Drogheda.

Louth County Council has refused retention permission to the The Buddy Corner Limited for a pre-school/part-time day-care facility and associated site development works, at Ganderpark, Carstown, Termonfeckin.
Fergal Cunningham refused permission for changes to development as granted under planning reference 17/709, 22/945,23/240 to include alterations to the proposed parking layout and associated site works, at the former Ginnety’s Pub, Dromiskin.
