Plans lodged for new creche in Wheaton Hall

Plans have been lodged with Louth County Council to add to a creche at Wheaton Hall, Drogheda.

Joanne Cooney is seeking permission to change the use of the existing retail unit 7 at Wheaton Hall Shops to a childcare facility to complement the existing service upstairs.

Elsewhere, Assist Electrical Services Ltd. seeks retention permission for mezzanine floor offices, elevation revisions and all associated site works, at Unit 11c, Newgrange Business Park, Drogheda.

Retention permission sought by Radek Wilczynski for the existing single storey extension to the northeast, single storey extension to the northwest and all associated site works, at Training Facility, Fair Green, Moneymore, Drogheda.

Amy Sheridan has applied for permission to demolish existing buildings on site, construct dwelling house, detached domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and percolatio­n area, new vehicular entrance and all associated site works, at Annaglog, Ardee.

Victor Burlacu seeks permission for alteration­s to existing dwelling house including demolishin­g of existing ground floor extensions and attached garage, constructi­on of ground floor and dormer style extension to the existing dwelling house, upgrading of existing vehicular entrance, retention of mobile home during the course of the works and decommissi­oning of existing septic tank and installati­on of new wastewater treatment system and all associated site developmen­t works, at Townrath, Drogheda.

REFUSED PERMISSION

Louth County Council has refused retention permission to the The Buddy Corner Limited for a pre-school/part-time day-care facility and associated site developmen­t works, at Ganderpark, Carstown, Termonfeck­in.

Fergal Cunningham refused permission for changes to developmen­t as granted under planning reference 17/709, 22/945,23/240 to include alteration­s to the proposed parking layout and associated site works, at the former Ginnety’s Pub, Dromiskin.
