SERVES 10 For the sponge:
125g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder 150g unsalted butter or margarine, softened 150g caster sugar
3 eggs 150g Homecook Wonderbar milk chocolate, broken into small pieces
For the fudge icing:
175g Homecook Wonderbar dark chocolate 250g unsalted butter, softened
275g icing sugar, sifted
1 tbsp vanilla extract
