Hearty Homemade Burgers with Melted Cambozola Cheese
MAKES 4-6 BURGERS
A large squirt of Heinz Ketchup 450g steak mince
½ onion, finely chopped
A pinch of salt
A generous pinch of black pepper and white pepper
A pinch of curry powder
1 tsp mustard 1 tsp chilli flakes
A handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
A few slices of cambozola cheese
To serve:
Burger buns Mixed leaves Burger relish 1 Combine all ingredients, except the cheese, in a large bowl and mix with your hands. Mould the mixture into burger shapes (four large or six medium).
2 Cook the burgers on a griddle pan or under the grill with a medium heat for six minutes per side, flipping once.
3 Just before the burgers are finished cooking, add the cheese and allow to melt.
3 Serve the burgers in buns, toppes with mixed greens and relish.
