Open Tuna Sand­wich

1 tbsp olive oil

French bread slices 1 spring onion, chopped 1 tin of tuna, drained 1 tsp English mus­tard 50g cheese, grated

1 Pre­heat the grill to a medium-high heat. Brush one side of the French bread slices with olive oil and grill for 1-2 min­utes un­til the bread starts to crisp and turn golden.

2 Com­bine the spring onion, tuna and mus­tard in a bowl, and di­vide be­tween the toasted bread slices. Top with some grated cheese and re­turn to the grill for 2-3 min­utes, un­til the cheese has melted.
