Open Tuna Sandwich
1 tbsp olive oil
French bread slices 1 spring onion, chopped 1 tin of tuna, drained 1 tsp English mustard 50g cheese, grated
1 Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Brush one side of the French bread slices with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes until the bread starts to crisp and turn golden.
2 Combine the spring onion, tuna and mustard in a bowl, and divide between the toasted bread slices. Top with some grated cheese and return to the grill for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
