Spiced Lamb Chops with Spinach

SERVES 4

¾ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground allspice

¼ tsp ground cumin 8 lamb chops

Bag of spinach

Salt and black pepper

1 Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.

2 Combine the spices and freshly ground pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over the lamb chops.

3 Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked as desired.

4 Meanwhile, wash the spinach leaves, drain and toss in a pan over a high heat until wilted. Serve with the lamb chops.
