Jaimee’s Jumble
SERVES 6-8
1½ litre plain ice cream, softened at room temperature
150g of your favourite biscuits (I use bourbons or chocolate chip cookies, but mum likes rich tea)
1 Crunchie bar
2 bags Maltesers
200g chocolate, cut into chunks
To decorate:
Cream
Chocolate sauce in a squeezy bottle Fresh berries/cherries 1 Put your favourite biscuits into a plastic resealable bag along with the Crunchie bar and the Maltesers.
2 Bash these to make rubble.
3 Mix the chocolate and rubble with the ice cream.
