Chinese Chicken Wrap
MAKES 1 PORTION
1 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp soy sauce
1tsp plum sauce
60g cooked chicken, shredded
25g peeled cucumber, cut into matchsticks
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional) 1 flour tortilla
1 Mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce and plum sauce. Stir in the shredded chicken and cucumber. Sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds (if using).
2 Heat the tortilla for 20 seconds in a microwave, or heat for about 15 seconds each side in a frying pan.
3 Arrange the filling near one end of the tortilla and roll up.
