Superhealt­hy Pesto Pasta

SERVES 1

100g wholewheat penne 2 tbsp frozen peas

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp pesto

1 tbsp basil leaves, chopped 10g pine nuts, toasted

To serve:

Cherry tomatoes

1 Cook the pasta according to the packet instructio­ns, and for the last five minutes, pop in the frozen peas. When cooked, drain and refresh under cold water.

2 Add in the olive oil before tossing through the pesto, basil leaves and pine nuts.
