“This recipe means a lot to me; my Mam doesn’t eat lamb and my Dad doesn’t usually eat burgers, but he really likes lamb, so I decided to get them to try it and they ended up loving it. My sister would never eat mint-flavoured food so I did not tell her about the mint and she absolutely loves it now. I chose lamb because it was a meat I didn’t really know, but I started experimenting with it and now it is my favourite. Lamb burgers are the big one in the Donegan household now.”
