“I have twin brothers, Michael and Anthony, and as you can imagine there are a lot of hungry boys to feed. I have made the pizza wheels many times varying the ingredients. I often use pineapple, corn, mushrooms and tomato, but the pizza wheels that have been a favourite in our house are pepperoni and cheese. They are very tasty, and because they are small it is easy for children to carry them around and eat them on the go.”
