Donation order for man who shouted at bus driver
A ROW with a bus driver led to the District Court prosecution for a public order offence of passenger James Connolly (53) of 11 Na Sean Gearraí, Enniscorthy.
Gardaí were called to Newtown Road in Wexford on December 5, 2016 after Connolly shouted abuse at the driver who drove off before he had the chance to alight.
Connolly, described as divorced, unemployed and father of two adult children, had no previous convictions.
The judge offered him the opportunity to keep his clean record by making a €150 contribution to charity by June 19
