North End United cruised into the third round of the FAI Youth Cup when they over­whelmed Cur­r­a­cloe United 9-0 on Satur­day.

Leon Sin­nott and Ciarán Carthy both bagged dou­bles, while Jamie Daw­son, Niall Connolly, Rocko Stako, Gloudie Makiese and John Hore chipped in with a goal apiece.

Campile United also pro­gressed to the next round af­ter see­ing off Wick­low side Avon­more 3-1. Jack Ke­hoe, Matt Fo­ley and Cathal Mer­nagh hit the back of the net for the win­ners.

Youths Premier Di­vi­sion

Moyne Rangers put an end to Gorey Rangers’ win­ning run when they eked out a 2-1 vic­tory over the north county side on Satur­day.

Evan Fo­ley got his name on the score­sheet for the En­nis­cor­thy side, with their other goal com­ing from an un­likely source, as goal­keeper An­thony Larkin found the net from a kick-out.

New Ross Celtic also picked up three points as they saw off Ferns 3-1. A.J. Red­mond scored twice for the Bar­rowsiders, with Jonas get­ting their other goal.


Kil­more leapfrogged Bridge Rovers at the top of Youths Di­vi­sion 1 when they edged out their ri­vals 2-1 on Satur­day. Seán Car­ley and sub­sti­tute Cal­lum Bates got the goals for the win­ners.

Daire Rochford and Mick Mc­Grath (two) hit the back of the net for Cloughbawn in their 3-3 draw with Gorey Celtic, while else­where Ross­lare Rangers edged out Wex­ford Celtic 2-1.


En­nis­cor­thy United con­tin­ued their fine form in Youths Di­vi­sion 2 as they over­pow­ered Tom­brack United 5-1 on Satur­day.

Ai­dan Casey and Jamie Fo­ley both net­ted dou­bles, while Ou­mair Rauf also got in on the act for the win­ners.

Louis Schwartz was the star of the show for Camolin Celtic, grab­bing five goals as they chalked up a com­pre­hen­sive 9-1 win over Glynn Barntown.

Alan Mur­phy (two), Michael Mal­colm­son and Brian Mur­phy got their other goals.


Lead­ers Fast­net Rovers got an­other three points on the board when they over­came Shel­burne 4-2 on Satur­day.

Dar­ragh Fur­long and Finn Ben­nett both net­ted dou­bles for the Rathangan out­fit.

Co­rach Ram­blers were much too good for Bree United, run­ning out 5-0 win­ners with goals from Ryan Mor­ris, John Cros­bie (two), Aaron Han­ley and Jack Dono­hue.

Adamstown chalked up their first win of the cam­paign as they saw off Wex­ford Celtic 4-0, with Stephen Dwyer, Craig Wall, Quentin Ke­hoe and Chris Ma­hon get­ting their goals.
