Motorist fined for out-of-date NCT

AN out-of-date NCT led to a conviction with fine of €300 for Adrian Breslin (22) of 23 Cluain Charman, Enniscorthy.

The matter came to light when gardaí stopped Breslin’s Avensis at a checkpoint in Moran Park on January 24.
