Running legends to be remembered with 6k run and walk in Davidstown

THREE local legends are to be remembered with a special run, jog or walk in Davidstown this Sunday.

The Three Legends 6k takes place in memory of Theresa Cash, Joe Cash and Tony Wickham.

All three were famed for their running exploits and it is hoped that people from right across the Enniscorthy area will get behind the event.

Registration takes place in Davidstown from 11 a. m. with the run getting under- way at 12 noon. A wonderful atmosphere is expected with refreshments to be served afterwards in the hall.

Donations will be collected on the day for St Patrick’s Special School and all support is greatly appreciated.
