Accused of smashing car windscreen

A MAN accused of smashing the windscreen of a car at Bellefield GAA complex, causing €500 worth of damage, appeared before Judge Haughton at the District Court last week.

Kevin Boland (32) of 8 Ashgrove, Fethard on Sea, stood accused of the offence dating from October 11.

As this was the first time the case had come before the court, solicitor Mark Quinn made a disclosure order to be furnished with the evidence against his client and the case was put back until January 2.
