Expired tax disc

A VEHICLE since scrapped cost Stephen Beashel, 2 Kyle Close, Oulart a fine of €160 as it had no tax exhibited at Kilmuckridge on April 14.

The prosecution was taken by traffic corps Garda Niall Brophy.

The accused confirmed that the vehicle is no longer on the road when he dealt with the matter at the District Court in Wexford.
