Learner driver is fined €320

HARLEY Dunne (25), Ballinaclash, Raheenduff, Oulart could not attend the District Court to deal with motoring summonses as he was in the UK.

However, he had Ed King primed to represent him after instructing the solicitor by email.

Mr King accepted that his client, a learner permit holder, was caught driving on November 17 last year holding a mobile phone and without a qualified driver. He was fined a total of €320.
