CAMOGIE CLUB AGM

The Oylegate-Glenbrien camogie club AGM takes place on Saturday, November 24, at 7.30 p.m. in Oylegate Community Centre. All parents and adult players are encouraged to attend.

A very big thank you to all those who supported the churchgate collection in Oylegate and Glenbrien for Down Syndrome – the total raised was €223.50 for Glenbrien and €259.96 for Oylegate.

SENIOR CITIZENS PARTY

This year’s Christmas party for senior citizens will take place on Sunday, December 16, in the Old School Centre at the moment there are committee member going round distributi­ng invitation­s please contact the parish office or any member of the group if you have not received an invitatiio­n over the next two weeks and we will get one to you.

BINGO IN MERNAGHS

Bingo continues on Thursday night at 9 p.m. please come along and join us for a fun evening all proceeds from the extra sheet go towards Glenbrien parish funds. thanks again to John Mernagh and staff for this.

PARISH JOURNAL LAUNCH

The launch of the Oylegate-Glenbrien Parish Journal will take place next Saturday, November 17, at 8.30 p.m. in Oylegate Community Centre. Journals: €10 each. Refreshmen­ts will be served.

Following the launch, the journal will be for sale at: Freeman’s Gala Store, Garry’s Service Station, Mernagh’s Lounge, The Slaney Inn, The Book Centre, Wexford, SOS Bookshop, Wexford, Byrne’s Bookshop, Enniscorth­y and Doyle’s Service Station, Ballymurn.

CRAFT FAIR 2018.

Oylegate annual Craft Fair will be held in Oylegate Community Centre on Sunday, November 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Refreshmen­ts will be available. Local crafts and TY Crafts and gifts for sale.
