OULART ICA.
Monthly meetings are held in Oulart Hill Lounge on the third Monday of the month and new members are always welcome. The members engage in lots of interesting activities, sporting, cultural and educational within Co. Wexford and beyond as well as forming friendships in the local area and enjoying outings together. At the October meeting Mrs Philomena Coleman from Kilmyshall demonstrated how to make a ‘Memory Box’ as well as detailing the knitting of an unusual scarf.
OPEN MEETING
The ICA November meeting will be held on 19th at 8 p.m. and it will be an Open Meeting from 8.30 p.m., where non-ICA members may attend and enjoy the night in the company of the regular members. So popular was Philomena Coleman’s demonstration of the ‘Memory Boxes’ that the guild has invited her to attend the Open Meeting so that a wider audience can learn how to make the decorative boxes and knit the scarf.
Women of any age and from any area may join Oulart ICA as parish boundaries do not apply. Come along on the 19th and enjoy the demonstration, the company and a cuppa in the relaxed atmosphere of Oulart Hill Lounge.
