Man (44) found drunk at playground

JOHN CASH of 32 Cluain Dara, Enniscorthy was fined €300 for a public order offence at the District Court.

The 44-year-old was not pres- ent to hear evidence of his drunken behaviour at Gimont Avenue on July 24 last year. Gardaí were called responded to complaints that a man was drinking at the playground in Gimont Avenue.

They discovered Cash at the scene in a highly intoxicated state and noted that he began shouting at his neighbours.
