Retirement Association

The group is organising an upcoming day trip to a craft and food fair in the RDS in Dublin this Thursday.

The association’s annual Christmas lunch will take place on December 10, at the Riverside Park Hotel from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Tickets, priced €20 for members and €25 for non-members, will be available at the December meeting.

Members should note that tickets will not be available on the door.

Among ongoing activities for the group are: Monday – Line dancing at 11 a.m. at Astro Active Centre; Indoor bowls at 1 p.m. at Astro Active Centre and pitch and putt; Wednesday – Walk at 11 a.m. from Riverside Hotel; table quiz at 2.30 p.m. every second Wednesday at Loreto Village; Thursday – Ramblers’ walk at 9.30 a.m. from Lidl car park and craft sessions at 2 p.m. at the Astro Active Centre.
