Motorist is fined €300 for not wearing seat belt

WINSTON ROTHWELL (53) of Flat 6, Borrmount Lodge, Enniscorthy was fined €300 in his absence for failure to belt up while driving at Castle Street.

The offence occurred on February 1 and it was dealt with at the District Court sitting in Gorey.
