€700 in fines

MOTORING offences detected at Ferrycarrig added up to €700 in fines for Nicola O’Reilly (31) of 21 Parnell Avenue in Enniscorthy.

The District Court in Wexford heard how Ms O’Reilly came to the attention of Garda Alan Hayes as she was breaking the 60 km/h speed limit on the morning of April 3.

She later failed to produce any licence (fine €150) and or valid insurance certificate (fine €550).

Ms O’Reilly was disqualified from driving for two years.
